Terms of Service

Flowtion is provided by Alin Origin ("we", "us"). By using the service you confirm you can form a binding contract and are at least 16 years old.

Flowtion adds time tracking and Pomodoro focus tools to your Notion workspace, through a web app and a browser extension. The service relies on Notion’s platform; if Notion changes or restricts its API, parts of Flowtion may change too.

How we collect and use your data — including the cookies and analytics on our website — is described in our Privacy Policy. On our marketing website, non-essential analytics run only if you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change that choice at any time.

You sign in with your email or a Google account. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure and for activity that happens under it. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

Emails we send you

When you create an account we add your email address to our mailing list so we can send you essential service messages (such as sign-in codes, security notices, and changes to these terms) and, from time to time, optional product updates. You can unsubscribe from the product updates at any time, but not from the essential service messages while your account is active. How we handle this is set out in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• break the law, or infringe anyone’s rights, using Flowtion;
• attempt to disrupt, attack, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service;
• resell or redistribute the service without our permission;
• use the service in a way that harms other users or our infrastructure.

Flowtion offers a free plan and paid subscriptions. Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically for the same period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel any time from your account; your plan then stays active until the end of the paid period.

Prices and plan limits are shown on our pricing page and may change; we will give notice of changes that affect an active subscription.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital services. To use this right, email us within 14 days of buying a subscription and we will cancel it and refund you in full.

Our refund policy: outside the 14-day withdrawal period described above, payments are non-refundable; you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals and keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Flowtion is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Notion Labs, Inc. "Notion" is a trademark of Notion Labs, Inc., used here only to describe compatibility with the Notion platform.

Flowtion works alongside third-party services, chiefly Notion. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. You are responsible for having the rights to connect and use the Notion content you bring into Flowtion.

Flowtion, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to us. Your Notion content and the data you create remain yours; you grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the service for you.

We work hard to keep Flowtion reliable, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your mandatory consumer rights.

You can stop using Flowtion and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, or where we must to protect the service or comply with the law. Where reasonable, we will give notice first.

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, and disputes are subject to the courts of Helsinki, Finland. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the country where you live.

We may update these terms as the service changes. When a change is material, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use Flowtion after a change means you accept the updated terms.
