Need a hand with Flowtion? Start with the answers below — most questions about setup, syncing and billing are covered here. If you are still stuck, email us and we will help.

The fastest way to reach a human is support@flowtion.so.

Write to support@flowtion.so for anything — bugs, billing, account questions, feature requests or feedback.

Including the details below in your first message usually saves a round trip:

  • What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
  • Where it happened — the Chrome extension, the web app, or both.
  • Your browser and operating system.
  • The email address on your Flowtion account, if the issue is account or billing related.
  • A screenshot or screen recording, if the problem is visual.

Flowtion works in two places: a Chrome extension that puts a timer on top of any page, and a web app for your tasks, history and analytics. They share one account, so whatever you track in one shows up in the other.

Setting up

  1. Install the Chrome extension.
  2. Sign in — an account is created automatically the first time you sign in.
  3. Connect your Notion workspace and pick the databases you want Flowtion to read.
  4. Pick a task and start a focus session.

Flowtion reads the Notion databases you explicitly grant it access to. If a task is not showing up, it is almost always because its database was not included when you connected, or because Notion has not shared it with the integration.

If tasks are missing

  • Open your integration settings and confirm the database is selected.
  • In Notion, check that the page or database is shared with the Flowtion integration.
  • Use the refresh action to re-read the database schema.

Disconnecting

You can disconnect your Notion workspace at any time from settings. Disconnecting removes our stored access to your workspace. Your recorded focus sessions and time logs stay in your Flowtion account.

Flowtion has a free plan and a paid Pro plan. Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

You can change or cancel your plan from your account settings. If you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

For invoices, refunds or anything else billing related, email support@flowtion.so. Refund terms are set out in our Terms of Service.

You can export your time logs from the web app at any time, as Excel or CSV.

To request deletion of your account and its data, email support@flowtion.so. Full detail on what we collect and why is in our Privacy Policy.

Flowtion is early, and the roadmap is shaped largely by what people ask for. If something is broken, awkward, or missing, we want to hear about it.

Send bug reports and feature requests to support@flowtion.so. For bugs, the checklist under Contact us covers what to include.
